In more than eight decades of history, there is a lot to tell: beginning with the experience of overcoming doubts arisen because of being pioneers in Intellectual Property, an unknown field for the Ecuador of year 1919, up to the satisfaction of serving thousands of clients worldwide, have made the surveillance of around 35.000 trademarks, and have handled more than 2.200 patents.

After such an intense, fruitful, and long institutional life, we wonder ¿what would our founder –Don Julio César Guerrero Borja- think that we still feel pioneers of Intellectual Property in Ecuador?

It is because despite of having associates in more than 95 countries, being specialists, and having a well-earned prestige, we always are “beginning again”. Beginning before technological innovations, for enlarging the concept and rendering of services; but, moreover, on the accurate and timely satisfaction of our clients.

That is why today, as in the past, we want to meet the challenges of nowadays globalize world, and closely feel the needs of our customers in the legal field. We wish to look after those needs as part of professional endeavor of the company, and assure you that we will always seek be pioneers in each new turn of the road.
